Teddy Bear Parade

By |2024-05-02T11:46:16-04:00May 4, 2024|

Kids can take their teddies for a trek during our Teddy Bear Parade at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 23.

First, families will meet at our Main Branch. Then we’ll parade down Mentor Avenue to Eleanor B. Garfield Park. That’s about three-fourths of a mile, so you may want to bring a wagon or stroller.

Once at the park, everyone — including the teddies — will enjoy a story and snack before returning to the library. The Teddy Bear Parade is open to all children (ages two to six) and their families. No registration required.

We’ll offer an indoor alternative if it rains on our parade.
