An outside meeting room user complimented the library saying staff are wonderful, helpful, and very professional. He continued saying that we have wonderful facilities, and he noticed how well-used our library is and is happy to see that our community comes to the library so much. A person attending a homeowners association meeting at the library told staff that it was her first time at the library and that "this place is magical." A patron told staff that she is incredibly grateful that we offer jigsaw puzzles. Her sister has ALS and cannot walk so the puzzles are a "lifesaver." Passport services: Staff made the process easy and did a wonderful job. A patron informed us that without the library, she would not be receiving her Masters degree. She visit the Main Library and uses our wifi and her kid go on the computers/AWEs or play. "You guys really do a great job. Don't think it goes unnoticed."
