Free Little Art Gallery

By |2024-05-03T16:46:34-04:00May 3, 2024|

Visit our Free Little Art Gallery the next time you stop by our Main Branch!

A Free Little Art Gallery is like a Little Free Library, except it’s filled with art. You’re welcome to enjoy the artwork on display. If you see something you like inside, you’re welcome to take it home. And if you’ve created something that you want to share, you may leave it in our gallery for someone else to have.

Please only take one piece of artwork per person. We want to share the joy of art with as many library patrons as possible!

Our gallery was both the idea of and beautified by Mentor High School student Chloe Palmer. She approached us about adding a Free Little Art Gallery to our library, and how could we refuse? Thank you, Chloe, for your gift, your creativity, and for encouraging us all to spread joy through art!

“The purpose of the art gallery is to provide a space for young artists to widen their view of art.” – Chloe Palmer
