Meditators – from the experienced to the brand new – are welcome to a special program about meditation at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, July 9, at our Main Branch.
Chera Inhat from Kemper House will discuss what meditation is (and what it isn’t.) Inhat will also explain how to meditate and its positive effects on the brain as people age. The meeting will conclude with group meditation.
