Meditators – from the experienced to the brand new – are welcome to a special program about meditation at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, July 9, at our Main Branch.

Chera Inhat from Kemper House will discuss what meditation is (and what it isn’t.) Inhat will also explain how to meditate and its positive effects on the brain as people age. The meeting will conclude with group meditation.

The program is free and open to all. We only ask that you register beforehand. You can sign up online or call us at (440) 255-8811 ext. 247.

By the way, if you’re interested in meditation, we have dozens of books and DVDs on the topic that you can borrow. You can also stream guided meditation sessions online for free using Hoopla and your library card.
