You’re invited to discover the state-of-the-art makerspace at The HUB inside of Mentor High School with a trio of programs we’re hosting this June.

Those programs include:

  • Makerspace 101 at 6 p.m. on Monday, June 6. Learn about marvelous machines in the makerspace – including a laser engraver, T-shirt press and Cricut Maker – and see examples of projects that you can make with them
  • Laser Engraver 101 at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, June 13. Find out how to make custom cut and engraved projects with a laser engraver – complete with a demonstration.
  • Custom T-Shirts 101 at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, June 20. Discover how to design your own T-shirts or tote bags with makerspace’s vinyl cutter, Cricut Maker, sublimation printer and heat press.

All of these programs are free to attend, open to all ages, and will be hosted at The HUB inside of Mentor High School. Due to limited space, registration is required. Sign up on our website or call The HUB at 440-205-6011.

The Makerspace includes these awesome machines:

You can use any or all of these machines to make the project of your dreams. You don’t need to be a student at Mentor High School or even a resident of Mentor. All you need is a CLEVNET library card in good standing!
