We’re offering one-on-one tech help on the afternoon of Tuesday, Jan. 10, at our Main Branch. Registration is required. Schedule an appointment by calling the library at 440-255-8811 ext. 1. We can help with:
- accessing library services (like ebooks, streaming music, and streaming video) with your device
- using software like Word, Excel, or Zoom
- figuring out your new phone or tablet.
We are unable to troubleshoot or fix malfunctioning devices, replace physical parts on devices, or participate in credit card transactions.
Please bring any device you need help with and have an idea of what you want to learn.
Also, everyone can learn about the our digital services during a program at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 7, at our Main Branch.
