You don’t need to bend over backward — or even touch your toes — to enjoy the calming effect and improved flexibility from yoga. We’re hosting a free chair yoga session that’s open to people of all skill levels. It will be 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 18, at our Main Branch.

This session is perfect for people who are new to yoga or who’ve had any lower-body injury. The yogi will be Jennifer Langsdale, who has more than 20 years of yoga-teaching experience.
