People of all fitness levels can enjoy free tai chi classes this year at our Lake Branch!
The first class will be at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 19. It will be led by Libby Hill, senior trainer from the Tai Chi for Health Institute. Tai chi involves slow gentle movements, a meditative state of mind, and controlled breathing. It’s healthy for both the mind and body.
