Stretch your Mind & Body with Yoga Kids!

Join us for a special yoga story time on Thursday, Oct. 7.

Kids can exercise their minds and bodies during a special yoga story time at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 7, at our Main Branch.

This special story time will be led by Darlene Kelbach and our own children’s library associates. Ms. Darlene is a certified yoga instructor , and she will guide little ones and their grown-ups through exercises in breathing and movement, all put together with a story and music. Don’t forget your yoga mat or towel!

Our Yoga Kids Story Time is free to enjoy. We only ask that you sign up beforehand. You can RSVP on our website or by calling us at (440) 255-8811 ext. 221.

Learn about holistic therapies during a free yoga session on Wednesday, Aug. 25, at Mentor Public Library’s Lake Branch.

You can learn about holistic therapies during a relaxing yoga session at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 25, at our newly renovated Lake Branch.

Our session will be led by yoga instructor Darlene Kelbach. Wear comfy clothes that are easy to move in and don’t forget to bring a yoga mat or beach towel.

The yoga session is free to join, and sign-up is required. You can register on our website or call us at (440) 257-2512.

Join our Yoga for Creativity Workshop

Artists and yoginis Kristina Ambrosia-Conn and Janie Walland will demonstrate how yoga can unlock your creativity and help you experience gratitude in all situations. The workshop is free to watch and will be broadcast via Zoom. Registration is required and people can sign up online or by calling us at (440) 255-8811 ext. 247.

Relieve stress with yoga

Enjoy a free yoga session that focuses on stress relief

Our yogi will be Jennifer Langsdale from Awaken Yoga in Mentor, who has more than 15 years of yoga-teaching experience. She shares helpful breathing exercises and soothing stretches that will help reduce stress.
