Donate to the Instrument Initiative

By |2019-06-10T09:33:17-04:00June 10, 2019|

You can donate used musical instruments at Mentor Public Library during the month of January

You can donate used musical instruments at Mentor Public Library’s Main Branch during the month of June as part of Alex’s Instrument Initiative.

Do you have musical instruments that you don’t use?

You can donate them this month at our Main Branch and put them in the hands of young musicians as part of the Instrument Initiative.

Alex from Girl Scout Troop 70923 is spearheading the Instrument Initiative. She’s collecting instrument donations:

  • during the month of June at our Main Branch
  • from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, June 22, at Arrowhead Music (8571 Mentor Ave., Mentor)
  • On June 29 and 30 at St. John Vianney Parish (7575 Bellflower Road, Mentor)

The donated instruments don’t have to be new or in perfect condition. Arrowhead Music has volunteered to help refurbish them.

If you have any questions, you can email gsgoldaward70923@gmail.com.

Thanks for your support!
