Get tips for healthy brain & body at the library

heart-980894_1920Everyone is welcome to a free program about how to keep your brain and body healthy as you age at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 7, at our Main Branch.

Learn about research in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement, and use hands-on tools to help incorporate these recommendations into a plan for healthy aging.

This program is sponsored by the Alzheimer’s Association. It is open to all, but registration is required. People can sign up to attend online or call us at (440) 255-8811 ext. 247.
