We hosted a pair of special story times this week with our friends from The Holden Arboretum.

The kids learned about the importance and value of trees with stories, songs and a craft.

No worries, if you missed it. Our Holden friends will visit our Lake Branch for a story time at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 19.

This story time is free to attend. No registration necessary.

A volunteer from the Master Gardener program will demonstrate how to add continuous color to your garden with perennials.

We’re inviting friends over to tell some tree tales this month.

In place of our preschool story times, we’re hosting a pair of special story times with our friends from The Holden Arboretum at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, March 12, and Wednesday, March 13, at our Main Branch.

Then, our Holden friends will visit our Lake Branch for a story time at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 19.

All of these story times will teach kids the importance and value of trees.
