A Memory Kit is a box or bag filled with items and activities to help people suffering from memory loss or confusion.
The following items are included upon checkout of the Memory Kit:
- 1 puzzle (24 pieces, 1 puzzle photograph, 3 puzzle guides, 6 puzzle piece sorting bags, Instructions)
- 1 Reusable Watercolor Pictures bag (2 reusable papers, 1 paintbrush)
- 1 crossword/word search bag (3 word search pages, 4 crossword pages, 1 dry erase marker)
- 1 Lacing bag (4 lacing cards, 3 strings, 1 needle)
- Expressions Series 2 (48 Expression cards, 48 Answer cards, Instructions)
- A reservation is placed through Libcal.
- This items must be checked out and returned at the Main Branch.
- Overdue fines are $0.50 per day with a maximum of $5.
