Discover a mystery that’s more than a century old during a free author talk at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 22, at our Main Branch!

The railroad car ferry Marquette and Bessemer No. 2 sailed from Conneaut on Dec. 7, 1909. It disappeared into a brutal winter storm and never returned. There were no survivors and, when the captain’s body was found, it was covered in slash wounds. Thomas Adams will offer his take on what happened. Copies of his book – Where Is the No. 2? – will be available for sale and signing after the program.

This author talk is open to all and free to attend. Due to limited space, registration is required. Click here to sign up for Thomas Adams’ author talk or call us at 440-255-8811 ext. 1.
