Explore the history of what became known as the B. & O. Lake Branch during a free program at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 3, at our Main Branch.
Railway historian and author Dr. Dan Rager will share stories from the Lake Branch’s nearly 185 years of history. A dozen different railroad companies owned, expanded and changed the route between Lake, Geauga and Trumbull Counties. And the story of this branch has as many twists as the Grand River.
Rager’s talk is free to enjoy, and his books will be available for sale and signing after the program. Due to limited space, registration is required. Sign up online or call us at 440-255-8811 ext. 1.
