Not sure if your child is ready for kindergarten? Set them up for success during a free Kindergarten Readiness Workshop from Sylvan Learning of Mentor and Mentor Public Library.

The workshop will be at noon on Thursday, March 20, in our Main Branch. It’s for parents and caregivers of children from ages three to five. Adults can attend with or without their children, whichever suits their needs.

The seminar will be split into two portions. During the first half hour, employees from Sylvan Learning Center will explain to adults what a child needs to know when entering kindergarten. Meanwhile, our staff will provide the children with activities.

During the second half hour, adults and children will be reunited. Families will leave with practical tips and fun activities to help prepare the child for kindergarten.

The workshop is free to attend. Due to limited space, registration is required. Click here to sign up for the Kindergarten Readiness Workshop or call us at 440-255-8811 ext. 3.

Sylvan Learning provides tutoring, college and career readiness, and test preparation to help children at any stage of their educational journeys.
