It’s difficult to stick to a budget. It’s tricky to eat healthy. It can be tortuous to do both at once.
Fortunately, Registered Dietitian Melinda Wivell will offer advice on how to eat healthy while on a budget during a special program at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 11, at our Main Branch.
Wivell will explain how she plans healthy meals while following a budget. She’ll also share grocery store hacks, simple swaps and budget-friendly nutritious foods that can help you eat healthier without the hefty price tag.
