What’s greener than a green screen? Anyone can use the green screen in The HUB’s makerspace for a fun St. Patrick’s Day snapshot.

A green screen is a background that allows for digital effects to be added later. In other words, you can wish someone a happy St. Patrick’s Day from Dublin or the end of the rainbow. You don’t even need to know how to use a green screen.

Our staff can help anyone who wants to have an impromptu St. Patty’s Day photo shoot between 3:30 and 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 1, at The HUB. No registration or reservation necessary.

The HUB is inside of Mentor High School, and its makerspace includes fantastic technology that you can use for your latest project with our assistance, including a laser engraver, Cricut maker, T-shirt press, large-format printer, and more! Click here for details.
