Family Memory JarCreate a home for your family’s moments, memories, and milestones when you make a Family Memory Jar during a special program at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 30, at The HUB inside of Mentor High School.

Your family can use The HUB’s makerspace to personalize and decorate your own Memory Jar.

The program is free to participate but registration is required. (Each family will get one jar to decorate as a group, so only one registration is necessary per family.) You can sign up online or call the library at 440-255-8811 ext. 247.

By the way,  The HUB’s makerspace is available to the public for your personal projects, as well. The makerspace has a green-screen studio (complete with camera and editing equipment,) laser engraver, T-shirt press, large format printer, spiral binder, button maker, 3D pens, sticker printer, and mini-laminator.

You can use any or all of these machines to make the project of their dreams. You don’t need to be a student at Mentor High School or even a resident of Mentor. All you need is a CLEVNET card in good standing. Click here for more details or to make a reservation.
