Our own Dr. John Foster will continue his year-long lecture series on the lives and legacies of Cold War-era presidents by spotlighting Dwight Eisenhower during a talk at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 17, at our Main Branch.
President Eisenhower is one of the most consequential generals and presidents of the 20th century! Attend Foster’s free lecture to learn why. Due to limited space, registration is required. Click here to sign up for the Dwight Eisenhower program or call us at 440-255-8811 ext. 1.
In addition to being a reference librarian, Foster has a doctorate degree in history. He has taught history at both high school and college levels.
