Summers wrote the 2018 breakout hit, Sadie. She has returned with I’m the Girl, in which 16-year-old Georgia Avis investigates the murder of a barely teenaged girl. Her search uncovers a world of unimaginable privilege and wealth without conscience or consequence.
Summers has written several other novels for young adults, including Cracked Up to Be and All the Rage. Her writing has received the Edgar Award, John Spray Mystery Award, Cybils Award, Odyssey Award and International Thriller Award.
