The bad news: all of our branches will be closed Saturday, Feb. 2, which is coincidentally Groundhog Day.
We need the day to update our equipment in preparation for joining CLEVNET.
By the way, that is the good news for many. We will join CLEVNET this spring.
If you’re unfamiliar, CLEVNET is a consortium that allows libraries and its patrons to share more than 12 million items across 45 library systems and 12 counties in Ohio.
CLEVNET already includes Cleveland Public Library and every other other public library in Lake and Geauga counties. (There are nine others.)
We’ll have more information to share as our join date approaches. But, for now, here’s the gist – we’re closed on Feb. 2; CLEVNET is coming!
