Discover the stories behind many well-known and popular Christmas carols during a special program at noon on Wednesday, Dec. 8, at our Main Branch.

Music is an important part of Christmas, and that’s been true even when America was at war. Two of the most musically inclined staff from James A. Garfield National Historic Site will lead an educational sing-along, exploring Christmas songs from various wartime periods in American history – not just the Civil War, but the World Wars and more.

The program is free to attend. Due to limited space, registration is required. Sign up online or by calling us at (440) 255-8811 ext. 247.
