You deserve an economically priced mountain of books. Treat yourself on Saturday, May 11, at Mentor Public Library.

Our Friends of Mentor Public Library need to clear some inventory.

And you know what that means. It’s time for a big book sale on Saturday, May 11!

From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (or whenever they run out of books,) the Friends will host a $2 bag sale.

That means you can buy as many books as you can fit into a bag — fiction, nonfiction, picture books, graphic novels, whatever — for $2. Celebrate Mother’s Day by restocking her bookshelves with your spare change.

The money from these book sales supports library programs and services, including summer reading, author visits, children’s story times and programs, as well as programming for teens.

The sale will be at the Read House next door to our Main Branch—8215 Mentor Ave. in Mentor—and parking is behind the Main Branch.
